Or the famous Nescafe commercial: "Para kanino ka bumabangon?"

This isn't the first time I was asked that though. I had been asked a couple of times, and it is not new that I still struggle to answer it.

But this time, the same question, left me wondering. What really inspires me?


"My family", I would normally answer. That is the safest and easiest answer. But I didn't do that this time. It's not that I don't care about my family at all, it's just that I know that deep inside, that's not really the answer.

Money? All of us needs it. I would be a hypocrite if I tell you I don't need it. But I think it's too shallow to be motivated or inspired by money.

A special someone? Not really. I mean, I am happy and in love and all, but, still not my inspiration.

I realize, I am the type who just gets up and then, come what may. I still do have targets and goals each passing day, but no clear inspiration, whoever or whatever it is. I think it's about time to find that inspiration.
