I can't believe I am saying this, but my mental health got better after staying home for 7 months now.
Why?
- I don't get to see the people I don't really want to see which means....
- I don't have to fake my smiles or pretend that I am okay
- I don't have to suppress what I feel, whether I'm happy or annoyed or sad or just plain emotionless
- I can now say no to the things I was forced to do before. (Hello Sunday, I hate you so much.)
I guess most of the people around me were fake which is why isolation helped me a lot.
Can this be my setup for the next 10 years at the very least?
