The race had three laps I think. First was the race with distraction. Just as the name suggest, the players would type a document for a period of time while the DAN boys were distracting them. The second lap was the accuracy race. That is, the players have to type another lengthy document as fast and as accurate as they can. The third lap was just a simple type-as-fast-as-you-can race. The third lap had three sub-laps to average the scores.

While the scores were being validated, the audience was serenaded by Cleo, Garvey, and Grace with their DAN LSS segment. LSS, short for Love Songs and Stories, features "songs" and "stories" about the best three, Tara, Ken, and Tin. Curious about the stories? Check out the video below!

The witty trio was followed by Claude with a heartbreaking performance. Following the steps of Juan Miguel Severo, Claude delivered her composition, "Paano Naman Ako?" giving the crowd a preview of what next month's event would be. A video tribute for the back-to-schooler Len was played on the white screen which has the greetings and warm wishes from everyone in DAN, leaving Len with no choice but to go home teary-eyed.

Then came the moment of truth. Results were announced. Third placer was Tara, second was Ken, and Tin was crowned as the typeracing champion for 2016. 

The grand prize?

A keyboard of course! 😂
