Ever wondered how it is like to work in a call center?

Most people would say "call center LANG yan!", thinking that working in a contact center is as easy as eating peanuts. I had the same thinking before, until I tried it myself...

Di lang nila alam....

• ganito pag start ng shift......

• ganito pag queueing

• pag kupal yung kausap mo...

• ganito pag long call tapos naka-flag ka na

• syempre yung mga moment na dumaan si crush....

• yung pagkain nalang nasa isip mo mga 2 minutes bago mag lunch...

• tapos bigla kang pinasukan ng call pag log out mo!

• may times na teammates mo naka lunch except you

• ganito naman pag pang nursing home ang queue mo...

• tapos babagsakan ka ng telepono

• minsan feeling singer ka pag more than 3 minutes ka nang naka-hold....

• yung chika moments pag naka sbs si QA or si TL.... Or kahit sino...

• tapos nag avail!

• ganito naman ang lakad pag naka-pull out yung team nyo

• ganito naman yung mga pinaasa sa pull-out xD

• yung uwing uwing uwi ka na tapos may unscheduled OT.....

There are a lot of other things happening in a call center that cannot be covered by this gifset
If you're saying that this is an easy job, then I think you should go and try it yourself!
